About Lars

The thing about me is that I've done a ton of really cool projects.

For instance: AI in car engine design at Volvo, The first digital sales channels for IKEA and SEB, Collaborative innovation tools for Microsoft, Relocation of an entire mining city, Malmberget, AI for public procurements at PublicInsight.se. And a few others.

I am driven by a wish to improve the world, and like to do this by making everyday life better, for someone.

Why Lars

The reason is that I know how to organize and lead innovative projects.

And such efforts are fundamentally different than other projects.

Over the years I have put together a tool box with methods, process and models that are really helpful. This is based on experience but also from my perpetual doctoral research.

I actually love to take on challenges, half-baked ideas or messy situations and help turn them into tangible, useful and sometimes spectacular results.

It always starts with the thought:
There is got to be a better way to do this.

Many of my clients are thinking about the way technology and people's expectations changes, and how their organizations can improve from this. That is an excellent starting point!

When asked, I also give keynote speeches on innovation, technology and the future urban world.
