The thing about me is that I've done a ton of really cool projects.
For instance; introducing AI in car engine design at Volvo, Helped create IKEA's first digital sales tools, Digitized the entire flow of pharmaceutical information in Sweden, Designed the worlds first complete Internet bank for SEB, Developed collaborative innovation tools for Microsoft, Lead the relocation of an entire mining city, Malmberget, using massive citizen dialogue and an innovative approach to urban planning, Advised LKAB on the relocation of Kiruna town, Created a regional innovation system for Västerbotten, Lead several industry spanning innovation consortium, Helped the Nordic Council of ministers to create the first Nordic-Baltic joint research programme, Invented a new type of strategic planning tool for ABB, Creating a new, digital process for the construction industry, with major players in the industry and support from the government. And a few other.
I am driven by a wish to improve the world, and like to do this but making everyday life better, for someone.
Why Lars
The reason is that I know how to organize and lead innovative projects. (These are different than traditional, production oriented projects.) And that I actually love to take on challenges, half-baked ideas or messy situations and help turn them into tangible, useful and sometimes spectacular results. Over the years I have put together a tool box with methods, process and models that are really helpful. This toolbox is based on research from my perpetual doctoral candidacy.
Many of my clients are thinking about the way technology and people's expectations changes, and how their organizations can improve from this. That is an excellent starting point!
When asked, I also give keynote speeches on innovation, technology and the future digital, urban and mobile world. I even do management training and education.
