Over thirty years I've led innovation work for organizations that wanted real change, not just a report. AI in engine design at Volvo. The first digital sales channels for IKEA and SEB. Collaborative innovation tools for Microsoft. The relocation of an entire mining city, Malmberget. Lately: AI-driven procurement intelligence at PublicInsight, running on an AI based system I’ve built.

A note on AI specifically. I've worked with artificial intelligence since the mid-eighties, long before it was a reasonable thing to put on a business card. Today I don't just advise on AI strategy; I architect and build fullstack AI applications, like the systems running at PublicInsight. I find that combination of long perspective and hands-on development both useful and unusual.

What I bring is the know-how to organize and lead innovative projects, work that fails predictably when treated like any other development effort.

Over decades of practice and ongoing doctoral research at Linköping University, I've built a toolkit of methods that make ambitious ideas survivable.
